Winter is coming, for the air compressor industry, it is very important to maintain the air compressor.
When the air compressor is started in a low temperature environment, the fluidity is poor in the low temperature state at the moment of startup, which can easily cause the host to fail to start.
Winter, air compressor maintenance strategy!
01. The maintenance of the air compressor in winter needs to be timely. Regular replacement of maintenance consumables can effectively reduce the risk of equipment failure. Before starting, carefully check the air compressor pipeline to see if it is in a normal state. If the pipeline is aging, it needs to be replaced in time.
02. Before winter, all drain valve pipelines, compressed air pipelines and cooling water pipelines should be protected from cold. It is best to install heating cables for outdoor pipelines to prevent the inside and outside of the pipeline from freezing.
03. Take cold protection measures in the computer room. When the ambient temperature drops, the doors and windows can be properly closed. After the air-cooled unit is shut down, the outlet of the exhaust duct should be closed to prevent the cooler from being frozen and cracked by the inhalation of cold air.
04. Before leaving get off work, check whether the air compressor, dryer, pipeline filter, automatic drain valve, etc. are in normal working condition, so as to prevent the pipeline from freezing due to the blockage of the pipeline and the inability to discharge the condensate in time.
05. When shutting down for a long time, be sure to release the air pressure, pipeline, air and water inside the air storage tank. When the unit is working in winter, the operating temperature is high. After the shutdown, due to the low ambient temperature, a large amount of condensed water is left in the various systems of the air compressor after the air is cooled. If the road is blocked, it may also cause serious consequences such as pipeline rupture.
